Terms, Privacy & Risk Notice
This page is a plain-language product summary, not the complete legal agreement. The legally binding Terms of Use and Privacy Policy must be published by QZAR and linked from qzar.io.
Trading risk
- Crypto assets can lose all value
- Transactions are irreversible after confirmation
- Market data can be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect
- Swaps and orders depend on external networks, RPC providers, validators, block engines, DEXs, launchpads, and liquidity pools
- Automation can execute while you are offline and can fail or fill differently from the displayed quote
- No QZAR feature guarantees profit, execution, price, route availability, or protection from scams and MEV
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for verifying the official platform, securing Telegram, protecting recovery material, checking token and pool addresses, reviewing transaction settings, maintaining sufficient balances, monitoring active orders, and complying with applicable laws.
Product data
QZAR needs account, wallet, settings, order, and transaction data to operate the bot. The implementation stores identifiers and wallet credentials in encrypted form and indexes on-chain activity for product views. Public blockchain activity remains visible independently of QZAR.
The complete Privacy Policy should specify data categories, purposes, legal bases, retention, processors, international transfers, security controls, user rights, contact details, and deletion procedures.
Embedded wallets
QZAR can create or import a wallet and store the signing credential in encrypted form for requested and automated execution. You can export the key. Anyone with that key can control the wallet, so use a dedicated trading balance and keep an offline backup.
Publication requirement
Before public release, legal counsel should replace or supplement this summary with dated, versioned, jurisdiction-appropriate Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, fee terms, and contact/entity information.
