Cashback

QZAR cashback returns a percentage of the QZAR trading fee generated by your own eligible completed trades. Your cashback percentage increases with reward points earned from trading volume, up to a current maximum of 25% of the QZAR fee.

Cashback is credited after execution
QZAR first charges the trading fee, then records cashback as a reward balance after the transaction is confirmed. It is not immediately subtracted from the amount shown in the transaction.

Cashback levels

QZAR currently awards 10 points per $1 of eligible USD-equivalent trading volume. Points determine the highest unlocked level.

It excludes network fees, priority fees or tips, slippage, price impact, and third-party protocol costs.

Calculation example

For a completed trade with $10,000 equivalent volume:

  1. The standard 1% QZAR fee is $100 equivalent
  2. A Level 3 user receives cashback equal to 15% of that fee
  3. The cashback reward is $15 equivalent in the supported fee asset

Cashback is calculated from the QZAR fee, not directly from the trade's profit or loss.

Claim cashback and referral rewards

Referral and cashback rewards are claimed together from SettingsReferrals:

  1. Select Edit claim wallet and choose a valid wallet
  2. Confirm that at least one supported asset has a non-zero Claimable balance
  3. Select Claim
  4. Review the asset amounts and claim status
  5. Use Refresh until the status becomes Confirmed
  6. Open the Scan link and verify the destination wallet and asset transfers

The service reserves the balances while the claim is open and accounts for network costs. If the available reward cannot cover the transfer cost, the balance remains available for a later claim after more rewards accrue.

Claim statusWhat to do
PendingWait and refresh. The payout is reserved but not yet submitted
SentCheck again after confirmation time. Do not create repeated claims
ConfirmedVerify the signature and received assets on Scan
ReversedReturn to the reward screen and confirm the amount is available again before retrying
Wait for the confirmation before retrying
A delayed interface response is not proof that a claim failed. Refresh the existing claim and check its signature before submitting another action.

Reward lifecycle

A user connected through a valid QZAR referral link receives at least Level 2, providing 10% cashback, even before their points reach the Level 2 threshold. If trading points later unlock a higher level, the higher cashback percentage applies.

Reward balances are grouped by supported asset, currently SOL, USDC, and USDT on the documented Solana interface. Each supported asset has its own balance state.

The implementation uses a default 12-hour holding period before a new reward becomes claimable. Deployment settings can change this interval, so use the live Pending and Claimable values as the source of truth.

This benefit does not subtract the full referral revenue share from the user's fee. The referred user receives their own cashback, while referral rewards are allocated separately from the QZAR fee.
